‘Purchaser’ means any person or company who supplies their credit/debit card details for the purpose of acquiring goods via the Internet.
‘Company’ means h2options at PO Box 1189,
‘Goods’ means any items offered for sale on this web site.
‘Contract’ means the agreement between the Company and the Purchaser, which includes these Terms and Conditions, made by the Company’s acceptance of your order.
The Purchaser agrees that these terms and conditions are the only terms and conditions that shall apply to the sale of goods on the Company’s web site, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Warranties
Unless otherwise stated all warranties are the responsibility of the relevant manufacturer and as such repair, replacement or refund is solely at the manufacturers discretion.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
Any defects, incorrect or short delivery must be notified to the Company by the Purchaser within seven (7) days of delivery otherwise the Company will accept no responsibility. The carriage costs incurred for returning goods will be the customers responsibility. Any goods returned for the purposes of refund must, where the goods are not stated to be faulty, be in re-saleable condition, this also applies to the original packaging. The Purchaser shall, unless otherwise stated, be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned. The returned goods shall be at the responsibility of the Purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by the Company. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the Purchaser. Any goods returned due to defect, subsequently found to have no defect will incur a charge of 25% of the goods value or a minimum of £50 plus return shipping to the Purchaser.
Refunds
Refunds will be made in full, less a handling charge equal to 10% (ten percent) or a minimum of £10 of the total value of the goods returned. Refunds will only be made directly to the purchaser’s account by means of electronic banking in all cases without exception.
Secure Payments
Purchasers are automatically directed to the secure payment environment of Barclays Bank. No card details are held with the Company.
Payment
Payment will be made by means of a credit or debit card at the time the order is placed. Said payments will be debited from the Purchaser’s account immediately prior to or at the time of dispatch of goods ordered.
Fraud Protection
Any transaction failing to meet the requirements of the Fraud Protection Scheme employed by the Company shall be declared void and no debit shall be made from the Purchasers account.
Dispatch
Goods will be dispatched immediately, or as soon as is practical, upon confirmation of fulfillment in full of the Company’s Merchant Banking and Fraud Protection conditions.
General
The Company reserves the right to change products, pricing or specification without prior notification.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and all disputes arising in connection with it are subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Declaration
I have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions of Purchase. I understand that I risk prosecution if I make a fraudulent statement in order to obtain any goods herein offered under these terms and conditions
